Happy New Year!

What's on the cards for 2018?

I love this time of year and thinking about what the year might bring. I like setting myself challenges and seeing how I get on.

This year to start off with, I really need to lose some weight so am going to try the vegetarian version of the chemical diet - looks like a nice quick intervention. I'm really going to focus on getting to bed earlier and getting up at the same time as much as possible as I think that will give me more useful time during the day.

It's be cool to be able to write faster at work so I'm going to try and master touch typing. 

Tonight I'm making sourdough brownies, to celebrate the night before diet day! Thanksfully, they freeze well..
